1: ORDERS

For now, as the site is still under renovation, orders could only be placed by contacting our admin through Instagram or Whatsapp.

We are working on arrangements so that customers are able to make payment via online (the website) in the near future.

2: SHIPPING
After payment, all orders will be posted out within the next one or two working days.
All prices are excluding shipping fees.

3: RETURNS

We are not responsible for any damage caused by the courier.
We make extra sure that all our products are 100% clear of any defects or cracks before proceeding to postage.
Nevertheless, we do offer returns or replacements if our products are found defective or unusual by the customer.

Most of our organisers will be packed in their respective packaging boxes in order to further ensure their 'safety' and secured before shipping.
